User Manual for DaySailer DS -1 made by LSI Laser Sunfish I

I recently purchased 14064 which was manufactured by LSI and wonder if there might be someone out there that has an original manual that I could get a copy of. Just tell me how much for the pages and where to send the money and I'll be a happy new DS / LSI owner.

I have a DS I made by Sunfish Laser Inc, number 14028. I inherited it and am trying to sort it all out. I have no significant manual, just a Day Sailer Rigging Manual that's 4 pages with somewhat cryptic instruction and pictures. I also have a sheet of rigging instructions apparently faxed to the marina where my dad bought it that are even more cryptic with no pictures. I'm more than happy to share what I have though. And should you find a more thorough manual please let me know.

I've been studying this website with all the helpful advice plus reading a couple of sailing books and little by little I'm putting the peices together.

I am missing a few parts though and having a hard time finding out where to get them. One is a piece in the gooseneck. I've got the mast and boom fittings but not the in between part that the 2 pins go into (in my version), also missing the pins but that's not too hard to find. I'm also missing the traveler and double block that used to be attached to the eyebolts at the stern. I wonder if your parts are the same. Can you tell me anything about what you have there?

The SLI Day Sailer is essentially the same as the currently built boat by Cape Cod Shipbuilding. Good Luck.
