good price on teak for floorboards?

While searching for lumber prices for woodcarving projects, I stumbled across this site which sells odd lots of lumber. Huge amount of teak for $7 bf, but one must buy the whole lot of 100 bf, $770. (How much is needed for floorboards, anyway?) Dimensions might be acceptable for floorboards if resawn. Looks like a good value if someone wants to pony up the cash, use what they need, and sell the rest.
Also a good site to watch for deals like this that come up from time to time.
