Sails ... DSI vs DS2

I have a DS2 that my kids use and the current sails are pretty bad (I think they are circa 1974.) They are blown out, the jib leach ripped and the batten pocket don't secure the batten any longer.

I am looking around for an sets of DS1 sails but will they work on a DS2?

Anyone?

And... anyone know of an active racer that has a large inventory of old sails they would be willing to cut a deal on for the kids? Nothing fancy... just safe.

Having owned both boats at one time or another, I can tell you the sails should fit the same on both boats.

I cant help you with the second question, sorry.
