Well, if not....you can get them from either Cape Cod Shipbuilding (current DS builder) or D&R Marine.
However, I saw the ad from fleet 23 in the latest Day Sailer Quarterly (DSA newsletter) so I would assume they still sell the gaskets.
Just in case; D&R Marine 508-644-3001
Cape Cod Shipbuilding 508-295-3550

You can also get the washers at your local hardware store for about $1.00 each. They are 3" outside diameter, with a 1" hole. I replaced mine several years ago, sandwiching a disc of thin plastic sheet between them to act as a bearing. They are just starting to show wear now, but don't leak a drop.

Hi, I just wanted to find out more about the gaskets you described for your DS1 CB handle. In which isle did you find them at the hardware store, plumbing? How thick are they? I like the idea of the outer seal moving with the handle. Did you mean that you installed two of these gaskets with the plastic between them?
