We have a Day Sailer I with Hull #7507,
Class(Sail)#1245. We are trying to determine the year it was made also its value. Boat is in good condition and has all orginal sails, mahagony floor boards and gunnels.

I'd say this is a 1960-62 model, based on the numbers you list. If comparing with other Day Sailers, use the Class# and if comparing to other O'Days for model year approximation, use the Hull#. Hull# refers to total O'Day production (all models), Class# refers to that particular class (Day Sailer).
Price, I'd say depending on buyer (and whether he/she is a racer or not) maybe $2,000 to $4,000?

I'd think that $2000 may be a bit high. To me, good condition indicates it's sailable, but needs general maintenance and has some wear. DS I's not rigged for racing can be had for $1300 to $1600. Those boats that are race rigged can be had for anywhere between $1700 to $4000+ depending on options like the spars, the condition and age of the sails, the trailer, and also the local market. An active fleet nearby will increase the value a bit.

I'm working on class #1795, and she was probably built in 1963 or 1964.
