Working on DS2 during winter

What repairs, maintenance and improvements do DS2 owners typically make during the winter months. I'm taking my boat out of the Hudson River in a few weeks. Last year it just sat under the snow, but this year I'd like to do some work. Nothing's obviously wrong with my boat, and I am power washing and repainting bottom.
