Went sailing today for the first time in a couple weeks and discovered that my starboard inspection port cover (the part that screws in to the inspection port) is completely MIA! Exactly how and why that happened is beyond me, but the question now is ... where do I buy another?

Rudy at D&R Marine has replacement ports. I would check the measurements to make sure they are the same. West Marine might have them too - I doubt they are a custom size.
