Has anyone ever rigged up table for DS?

I've gone out sailing with friends, and often enjoy picnic lunch or snacks with beverage of choice on my boat in light winds or at anchor. Being on the water makes everything taste better.

Has anyone ever rigged up or seen a portable table that can be set up on the Daysailer for this type of occasion. It would be great if it included cup holders too.

Hoping you're all having a great sailing summer.

If you're lying hove to, you can extend that to moderate winds as well. When hove to, the boat will slowly drift without the need to man the tiller, and without any flogging of sails.

Haven't done a lot of eating onboard yet, but recently I had been thinking that instead of sailing to get somewhere and back, a simple, go out on the lake or bay for a spot of lunch might be nice. My thinking hadn't gotten to the question of a table yet, but I can see that it would add quite a bit.

Like you, I'm curious to see whether others have working setups, if not, I'd be happy to suggest some (as yet untried) ideas.

How many people do you take with you?
