Can anyone tell me how to remove the centerboard on a DSII? I tried to feel for the pin through the inspection ports but it appears to be glassed in.

Its not glassed in. The bolt that holds the centerboard is farther forward than you probaly think. Just feel along the centerboard trunk up toward the bow and you will find it.

I recommend that you use a socket wrench in one hand for removal of the bolt while you secure the nut with vise grips or a cresent wrench in the other hand. Removing these items is the easy part - you will then need to remove the downhaul and uphaul cables to permit removal. See previous threads regarding centerboard removal for additional details...
