I just purchased an early 70's Daysailer II. The centerboard is hanging lose and the prior owner said he tried to pull the board up and the line seemed jammed. The contol lines are not rigged now. My questions are 1) how are the centerboard control lines rigged? and 2) What steps should I take to figure out the problem?

I just did a complete overhaul of my centerboard and lines. If you will e-mail me or post here exactly how much of system is unrigged, I will be glad to help. It would help to know if it is all there so I don't send you looking for something thats not there in the first place. Also, is the centerboard out of the trunk completely?
