cuddy doors

I crawled inside while a buddy held a piece of cardboard over the door. I traced the outline of the hole and transferred it to mahogany ply. I made uprights with a datto edge so that the ply would slide in. I made a sill for the bottom, and extended the top higher and added a rim forward so that is 'wrapped' over the top of the cuddy edge, making it essentially weather proof. I added a hasp and lock, for security, and a vent for circulation.
