Can anyone tell me how many degrees the DS ll will normally go maximum before it lays over in the water? Also can one person bring the boat back up after it has tipped over?

I don't know the degrees but I was out in about 25MPH winds and it heeled over until the coamings were in the water (water was almost coming in over the sides) and it popped up ok. I have never had it all the way over.

From my own experience it takes two adults to right the boat, both standing on the centerboard being careful not to break it by bouncing. The sail does not have to be taken down ,only let free, with the bow into the wind if posible. The boat takes considerable effort to bail but I have done the whole process twice.
