The DS III is still mostly a Daysailer and is as O'Day intended... a small simple boat designed to get the average person into sailing. The DS III has gotten a lot of folks from Sunfish to 'next step'. Those purists who value 'Class' distinction, thick rulebooks, exclusion and rigidity have driven a lot of folks away from sailing. Please consider leaving the site open to the occaisional DS III post.
