It only takes 3 DSA members with voting rights (read boat ownership) to form a local fleet. Just apply to Mary Niederberger, DSA secretary, for a fleet charter. We ask that each fleet elect a fleet captain and secretary. Your area regional vice president can help with the fleet organization and any questions you may have. The list of regional VPs is located under the Fleets section of the daysailer.org menu.
