I've added you boat name, and it will appear on the next edition. I decided on a different strategy in naming my boat, If I had used your strategy, it would have resulted in my boat being named "whatever.."

My wife calls The Red Witch "My Other Woman" ...

But, technically, the boat was first, sooooo ... maybe my wife is the other woman?

I forgot to specify that my 1982 "Reservoir Dog" is a DS II, not a DS I. Sorry about the confusion.

Sent this info via PM a couple of days ago, but it hasn't made it to the sent box and seems to be still sitting in the outbox. Dunno why.

Looks like I haven't been here since...'99?!?! Is that possible? I don't think it is, so maybe my old posts were moved from Boonedocks? Anyway, had loaned by boat to my cousin for the last 6-8yrs while I've been working on the road. Just got it back late last week, and boy does she need some work! Thanks for still being here.

Bob Hunkins announced he was going to delete all inactive users a while back.

If a message sits in the outbox, it's not been seen. PMs are not like e-mail; here we use the same server and it knows when a message is viewed. Until then, it's in the outbox and you can even delete it with no-one being the wiser.

Yup, saw the announcement. I wasn't concerned about being deleted, I was just thinking that it was more like 2004 that I was last here, not 1999.

I suspected that the PM was still in the outbox because it hadn't been seen. That isn't the way PMs work with other forums I'm on, but I think I like this better. Thanks for the verification.

Could you add my second boat, SLI 14024 Flight Risk. Now I have one at the top of the list and one at the bottom.

@Cavofficer6 who has maintained the list has not visited since January. I'm sure updates will happen whenever he gets back here, so keep adding posts with your data, making sure it's complete. (If your paperwork says '71, but the sail number is too low for that, consider that the paperwork is in error - from the examples we've seen here it seems likely that many state registrations simply defaulted to that value for boats that didn't have a HIN - which was introduced only around that time -- theres a separate thread for the DS1 which gives the years for which small design changes were introduced which can be used to date your boat).
