How would you organize the forums?

Roger, I'm not sure what the problem is. I just posted a message today with no problem, and I've posted a few photos without them being cropped. I deleted your cropped one. I'll play around with it some more. In the meantime, I encourage all of you to try to post messages and photos. The more tests the better.
