Need advice on trailer for DS1...what is the best type etc...mast support while on trailer etc...number of keel rollers etc...

carpeted bunkers that run the length of the trailer and will support the hull from a point approx. even with the front of the centerboard trunk aft to approx. 3 feet from the stern. Take a look at the picture of the DS on its trailer on this discussion group's home/main page.

My personal opinion from over 25 yrs. of pulling boats around is that a galvanized trailer is worth the money. Wash and go. Never have to repaint or deal with rusting out.
