cutting javelin mast for tabernacle

Postby adlanders » Fri Sep 04, 2009 3:42 pm

Anyone have experience/advice re: cutting the javelin mast to install the hinged tabernacle? I have the tabernacle from D and R, just a bit unsure how to do the cut with my hacksaw. Thanks, Doug

Very very carefully!

Sorry, couldn't resist. I would use a miter box to make sure the cut is perfectly straight. If you need measurements I have an old Jav mast disassembled in my basement, I could measure the under deck end if you need it.
