PHRF is intended for keelboats. Smaller boats like the Day Sailer use the Portsmorth handicap. You can find a PHRF conversion in the Portsmouth Yardstick on the US Sailing Web Site.
If you really need those numbers:
1. Keel Ballast Weight? The Day Sailer doesn't have keel ballast. The centerboard weight is max 25lbs.
2. I=Foretriangle Height? - measure from the partners to the forestay hounds.
3. J=Foretriangle Base? - measure from the stem fitting on the bow to the partners.
4. P=Main Luff (see class handbook on this site) distance from band #1 gooseneck to band #2 on the mast.
E=Main Foot? - see class handbook. (gooseneck to black band on the boom.)
5. ISP=Spinnaker Halyard Height?- measure from partner to spinnaker halyard block.
