Can someone measure the pintle diameter and vertical spacing for me? I have a mast crutch for my catalina, and if it fits my DS1 I will drag it with me when I haul out the boat. I keep the DS about 3 hours away, so I am unable to measure it myself.

The pintle diameter is 3/8 inch and the gudgeons are 10.25" spaced on my transom.

I hope you get one good sail in before you haul it home!

Thanks KC!

I do plan to sail it. I keep my C22 locally, and the DS at my in-laws lake place. We get up to the DS about once a month. My in-laws are pulling the docks 10/15, so i have to get the DS off the lake before then. Since i have to pull my C22 by 10/10, I really need to pull the DS soon. Then I will have it at home and can trailer it once the C22 is pulled.

Two boats, that's the solution! When I keep my boat up at the Lake in New Hampshire, I get to visit it but don't have constant access to it. The docks are getting pulled up there this weekend.

It certainly is fantastic to have it at a dock where one can leave the sails attached and just walk down, raise sail, and leave the dock... like before breakfast.

And when the docks are pulled I can extend my season by trailering the boat.
