Joe, please contact me my using the PM private mail below so that I can reply using this board. Failing that change your filter to accept unsolicited e-mail and let me know when ready, and I will try again. You can also get book info by checking the sticky at the top of the DS II site. It will tell you the amount and where to send your payment.
